Don’t worry, most people struggle with that. Our hamstrings become so tight when we sit for long hours and don’t counterbalance this with a good stretch. The good news is we can work on this together!

We’ve put together a series of 14 videos for you to follow along and reach your toes once and for all!

The sequence of exercises is designed to improve your overall flexibility and help you reach your toes by the end of the challenge. The lessons are gradually becoming a bit more challenging and there are some more complex stretches added towards the end of the challenge.
